SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipments

You can receive it at the address of your choice (at home, work, etc., we do not ship to P.O. Boxes) or in the Lander Urquijo store of your choice in Spain.

Standard home deliveries take between 5 and 7 working days, for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 7 and 10 working days.

1. National shipments:

  • Spain Peninsula: 10€
  • Balearic Islands/Canary Islands/Ceuta/Melilla: 25€

2. International shipments:

  • Zone 1 (Belgium, France, Netherland, Luxembourg Monaco and Portugal, Germany, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom l) €25
  • Zone 2 (Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovenia, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Cyprus and Malta) €35
  • Zone 3 (Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania) €45

The shipping cost policy may be modified at any time and without prior notice. During season sales or special promotions, these rates may be modified.

Shipping costs are duly reported during the purchase process and prior to its confirmation by the customer.

Deliveries to Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla as well as non-EU countries will be subject to additional customs and/or import charges in addition to the total order cost. The charges are to be paid by the order recipient.

During the sales, delivery times may be longer. All orders made during this period will be home deliveries.

Yes, in the Orders placed section of your account you can see the status of your orders and there is a link to see the exact location of the orders once they are managed by the transport company. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to track the package as soon as the order is ready for shipment.

Return

  • 30 calendar days from the shipping confirmation date.
  • The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received; correctly labelled and with no apparent signs of use.
  • Lander Urquijo reserves the right not to accept any item that is not in perfect condition.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear such as socks or boxers, nor "wardrobing".
  • Once your return arrives at our central warehouse, the Customer Service department will be in touch with you to confirm the return. The processing time for returns is approximately 15 working days. This period may be longer at Christmas time or during the sales.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in those cases where the garment has a defect or when during the purchase process an error attributable to the company has been made.
  • Refunds for returned items will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you wish to return a product purchased as part of a promotion when you buy one or more items, Lander Urquijo will refund the cost of the product, deducting the relevant offer. If the promotion is a gift item, the customer should include the gift item together with the product for return.
  • To process a return you have to be registered in landerurquijo.com with the same email with wich the purchase was made
  • Customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges.
  • The company is not responsible for any error, loss or damage that may be caused to the garments during their return; therefore, the company is not obliged to refund the purchase price if the garments are not received or are not received according to point 3 detailed above.

Follow the steps below for online returns.

  1. Register in landerurquijo.com with the same email with which the purchase was made.
    Please bear in mind that if you are not registered you wil not be able to process the return.
  2. Under your account / my orders, select the ítems you wish to return.
  3. Select the reason of the return and process the return.
  4. Once the return is processed you will receive an email with the return ticket and the delivery address.
  5. Please do not forget to include one of the following documents inside the parcel to be returned:
    1. Copy of the return ticket (received by email).
    2. Copy of the purchase confirmation (received by email).
    3. Copy of the Packing List/Purchase Confirmation received in the box with the ítems purchased.
    Do not forget to include one of these receipts with the item you wish to return. If we do not have one of them, it will be impossible to identify you and successfully offer you a refund.
  6. Try to use the original package or similar.
  7. Customers are solely responsible for all shipping charges.
  8. Once your item arrives at our central warehouse, the Customer Service department will be in contact with you to confirm the refund. Refunds take approximately 15 days. Please note this may take longer at Christmas or during the sales.

For in-shop returns, take the item and the document sent with the order, or confirmation email, to one of our stores. The items you wish to return will be sent to our warehouse in order for the refund to be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

Yes, if it is a store in Spain. We will refund the price in the same way that you paid for it. You must take the item you wish to return and the receipt attached to the order, or the invoice that may be printed from the website. If it is a gift, you must take into account that the refund is made to the purchaser's bank card.

You have 30 calendar days, from the shipping confirmation date, to return it.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the price of the same in the same way that you made your purchase.

After approving the return (unused items must be in perfect condition and have all internal labels), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the amount to the credited to your account. Payments to a credit card will always depend on your bank.
