SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipments

You can receive it at the address of your choice (at home, work, etc., we do not ship to P.O. Boxes) or in the Lander Urquijo store of your choice in Spain.

Standard home deliveries take between 5 and 7 working days, for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla between 7 and 10 working days.

For national orders, shipping is free for purchases over €150. Shipping is €5 for purchases below €150.As for shipments to Europe, orders can take from 5 to 7 days, and shipping costs are as follows:

  • Zone 1 (Belgium, France, Holland, Luxembourg and Portugal) - €10
  • Zone 2 (Germany, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom) - €15
  • Zone 3 (Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Sweden and Switzerland) - €25

Shipments to the rest of the world can take up to 10 days, and shipping costs are as follows:

  • Zone A (Canada, US and Chile) - €45
  • Zone B (Australia, Mexico, New Zealand and Singapore) - €65
  • Zone C (UAE and Qatar) - €75

* Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be subject to additional customs and/or import fees. For shipments to the Canary Islands the customer will pay the cost of the DUA + 7% IGIC. For shipments to Ceuta and Melilla the customer will pay the cost of the DUA + 7% (clothing) / 10% (footwear) IPSI.

* In all cases, customers will bear the corresponding customs and/or import fees.

During the sales, delivery times may be longer. All orders made during this period will be home deliveries.

Yes, in the Orders placed section of your account you can see the status of your orders and there is a link to see the exact location of the orders once they are managed by the transport company. You will also receive an e-mail with a link to track the package as soon as the order is ready for shipment.

Return

Yes. All articles can be returned (except for party handbags, swimming garments and earrings), as long as they have not be used and are in perfect condition, with their corresponding receipt/invoice and the original packaging. We will refund you the price of the item in the same way that you paid for it once we receive it. Follow the return instructions that came with your order. In order to manage the return of an order it is necessary to be registered on Lander Urquijo website with the same email with which the purchase was made.

Only the amount of returned garments will be refunded. In no case will the amount associated with the cost of the shipment be returned.

You may return the items you have purchased without any problems as long as they are in perfect condition without any signs of having been worn, with their original tags and with a copy of the purchase receipt.

Returns can be made in our shops or they can be managed via our website. . In order to manage the return of an order it is necessary to be registered on Lander Urquijo website with the same email with which the purchase was made. Within the ‘My Account’ section on the website, choose the items you want to return in the ‘Orders’ section and then process the return. Once it has been processed on the website, you will be given an address where you can ship the returned item(s).

Place the items you want to return in a box along with the invoice. If you do not have an invoice, you can also print the PDF attached to the email confirming the order, or if you are a registered user on Lander Urquijo, you can use the order receipt, which you will find in the ‘My Account’ section. Do not forget to include one of these documents in the package you return, otherwise it will be impossible for us to identify you and successfully complete the reimbursement.

Mark the box explaining the reason for the return and place this document inside your package.

Deliver the properly closed and sealed package to the courier of your choice. The shipping cost must be paid by the client, who can choose their preferred shipping method.
Reimbursement: Once we receive your return in our central warehouse or any of our shops, the Client Care department will get in touch with you to confirm the reimbursement. The amount of time a return takes to be processed is approximately 15 workdays. This period may be longer at Christmastime or during sales.

Only the amount of the returned items will be reimbursed. Under no circumstances will the amount associated with shipping costs be reimbursed.

For in-shop returns, the client may choose to take a shop credit for the same amount as the return to be used whenever they wish, or a reimbursement using the same method of payment as the original purchase (this reimbursement is not immediate and can take between 7 and 10 days). The shop credit does not expire and may be used any time of year.

Yes, if it is a store in Spain. We will refund the price in the same way that you paid for it. You must take the item you wish to return and the receipt attached to the order, or the invoice that may be printed from the website. If it is a gift, you must take into account that the refund is made to the purchaser's bank card.

The period for any return is 30 days from the date of shipping confirmation of your order.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the price of the same in the same way that you made your purchase.

After approving the return (unused items must be in perfect condition and have all internal labels), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the amount to the credited to your account. Payments to a credit card will always depend on your bank.
