It takes around 4 weeks to make a made-to-measure garment. Our recommendation is that you request an appointment 2 months before the date when you want to have the garment (3 months if it is a celebration), since in addition to the time needed to craft the garment, you may also need time to try it on several times and have it altered down to the last detail.
The first half of the year is when we have the most requests for appointments due to the large number of celebrations held mid-year. This is compounded by the fact that the atelier is closed in August, so it is essential to bear this in mind if you need the garment for the month of September.
Our custom garments can be personalised in all different ways. With the advice of one of our tailors, clients participate actively in the design of the garment so that it meets all their needs.
The garments in the collection can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. You must show the purchase receipt; the garment must still have its original tags attached and there must be no clear signs that it has been worn.
