It takes approximately 4 weeks to prepare a made-to-measure garment. We suggest that you make an appointment 2 months before the date you require the garment (3 months if it is for a celebration) as you should also add the time required for the various tests and adjustments to adapt the garment with attention to the smallest details.
Are there any specific periods during the year when it is recommendable to make appointments earlier than normal?
We receive most requests during the first half of the year, given the number of celebrations held halfway through the year. Also, the measuring workshop is closed throughout August so it is particularly important to take this fact into account if you require the garment for September.
All manner of personalisation is applicable for our garments. Assessed by one of our tailors, customers can take a hands-on role in the design of the garment so that each and every request can be taken into account.
Garments from our collection can be return of changed within 30 days after the date of purchase. You must provide the receipt and the garment must still bear all the original labels and there must be no clear signs of the garment having been worn.
Cash refunds are not provided. If the returned garment cannot be changed for another garment costing the same price at that time, the customer will be provided with a credit for that amount at the store. This store credit is recorded in our system so that there is no need for you to present any form of receipt when you wish to spend it. This credit does not expire and there are no restrictions in terms of the time of year that you can spend it.
Adjustments are included, except in the case of reduced price garments (Sales, Black Friday, etc.) in which case adjustments will be charged separately.
