1.- In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of the 13th of December, on Personal Data Protection, the User, who provides his/her personal details is informed and agrees to the inclusion of said details in the files existing at LETILAND, S.L./LENAILAND, S.L. Such data will be appropriately recorded in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

5.- Pursuant to Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December, on Personal Data Protection, LETILAND, S.L.U/LENAILAND, S.L.U informs the User that he/she may exercise his/her right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose via a written and signed request, with the subject “Data Protection”. Said letter must include the following information: name, surnames, address for notification purposes, photocopy of the ID card, passport or equivalent document and reasons for the query.
